BioSettler Portfolio

BioSettler Portfolio from Sudhin Biopharma are bioprocessing devices based on a patented technology using inclined/conical settling surfaces. BioSettlers are available in a variety of sizes, with three cylindrical diameter sizes of 75mm, 150mm, or 300mm and different heights resulting in internal liquid volumes ranging from about 250 ml up to 24L. Larger sizes can be designed and manufactured according to customer application and scale.

316L S/S and borosilicated glass BioSettlers are used for applications including:

• Perfusion of mammalian and microbial cells
• CHO perfusion to achieve HD culture while maintaining high viability
• Separating β islet cells from single iPSCs for the treatment of type1 diabetes
• Harvesting, washing and concentration of cell therapy materials
• Gentle concentration, harvesting of stem cells or organoids
• Continuous clarification to recover secreted material
