Sudhin Biopharma Co. serves a wide range of bioprocessing applications. Reusable or as a single-use disposable device, the BioSettler technology has been demonstrated as a selective cell retention tool for CHO perfusion bioreactors, enabling the achievement and maintenance of high cell densities while maintaining cell population viability. The BioSettler is also being demonstrated for the clarification of cell culture broth to recover secreted products such as antibodies and AAV vectors. Additionally, it is being tested for the separation of β islet cells from single iPSCs for the treatment of type 1 diabetes. The device can further be applied to the harvesting, washing, and concentration of cell therapy products, including CAR-T cells.
