Revive™ SVF Isolation Device from Bio-ReCell aims to revolutionise the field of regenerative medicine. It's a closed system, P.O.C.-oriented device that features an automated, streamlined process for isolation of Stromal Vascular Fraction (SVF) from adipose tissue.
It's an efficient system, designed to isolate a potent mixture of mesenchymal stem cells, regulatory T cells, endothelial progenitors and pericytes. Researchers and clinicians can therefore accelerate their regenerative medicine efforts, being provided with a diverse cocktail of beneficial cells. Revive™ also simplifies GMP processes, with its cell isolation process falling into GMP grade D instead of grades A-B.
The process addresses and resolves a number of problems associated with adipose tissue processing, such as the need for centrifugation, extensive personnel training and complications such as clogging or contamination. The enzymatic isolation of SVF is entirely automated, allowing clinicians and researchers to optimize their protocols and achieve more while simultaneously reducing their workload.
