EZ-CAL Flow Cell

CST offers a comprehensive range of flow cells designed for real-time process monitoring in industries such as bioprocessing, pharmaceuticals, and chemical manufacturing. These flow cells are typically used in conjunction with CST's PX2 or PX2+ photometric transmitters to measure liquid or gas samples via fiber optic cables.

Multiple flow cell designs to meet different industrial requirements:

• EZ-CAL Flow Cell: A 3/8″ extractive flow cell that allows for simple calibration and validation without interrupting the process. It features a slot where solid standards or cuvettes can be inserted directly into the optical path.

• Cross Flow Cells: Available in 3/8″ and 1/2 " sizes with adjustable path lengths (0.1 to 1.5 cm). These are designed for continuous, inline measurement of sample streams in demanding environments

• Sanitary Cross Flow Cell: Specifically designed for applications requiring high hygiene standards, often used in food, beverage, and bioprocessing.

• Single-Use UV-Vis-NIR Flow Cell: A disposable solution for bioprocessing that eliminates cleaning and validation costs. It is manufactured in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom and meets USP Class VI requirements

• Micro Cross Flow Cell: Designed for low-volume applications where minimal sample size is critical.
