M Control

  • Can added/remove modules base on specific application requirements
  • Systems support single, dual, or quad-vessel control via 13.3" touchscreen
  • Networked and monitored through a mobile device or web browser
  • ePlus-Control supports up to 4 constant-speed pumps
  • eDual-Control supports up to 4 variable-speed pumps 
  • Support for six mass flow controllers for gas addition
  • 3-level password protection for 23 accounts for data backup and audit tracking

P Control

  • Single Wall Glass Vessel (316L SS+ Borosilicate Glass)
  • Siemens PLC with a touchscreen HMI and standard Fieldbus I/O design
  • Supports 250 mL, 500 mL, 1 L, 2 L, 3 L, 15 L, and 20 L glass vessels
  • Open platform for supporting integration for Pi data recording.
  • Control pH, DO, temperature, and foam 
  • Up to six gas circuitries and four variable-speed pumps per vessel
  • Multiple bioreactors of various sizes can be controlled simultaneously
